of the products we offer carry a 30 day conditional
money-back guarantee unless otherwise specified.
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased
from this website, you may return it within 30 days
of the purchase date by the conditions stated below.
Inventory
clearance or close out items do NOT have a
money
back guarantee, all sales are final on these items.

Product
Return Policy Information
- Returns
of two or more products must be unopened and are
subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Please
be advised you are welcome to buy as many as you
wish but understand we will ONLY refund the purchase
price minus all shipping costs on 1 opened item.
- Returns
that do not include the RMA number or are received
at the improper address will be returned to the
sender at the senders expense.
- RMA's
which are not received within 10 business days of
issue are void and will NOT be honored.

Although there is free shipping on some orders the
actual shipping charges which were incurred will
be deducted from the original purchase before refunds
/ credits issued. Shipping
charges are NOT refundable!
- All
returns will be assessed a service and handling
return fee of $10.00 per credit issued.
- Orders which are refused at delivery
will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed
above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping
fees and a 20 % restocking fee.
- Credits are not issued until the
product is received back into our shipping facility.
- The
terms of this guarantee are subject to change with
or without notice.
Please
follow these simple steps to complete a return refund
request:
- Call
our Customer Service department at (877) 663-3438
to obtain a return merchandise authorization number
(RMA) and mailing address to return the package
to.
- Write
your reason for returning the product and the RMA
number on the sales receipt you received with your
order or a copy of the sales receipt.
- RMA
number MUST be written underneath your return address
at the top left of the package being returned.
- Mail
back the remaining product PROMPTLY!
in its original packaging, the receipt with reason
and the return authorization number to the address
supplied to you by customer service.
- Returns
that do not include the RMA number or are received
at the improper address will be returned to the
sender at the senders expense!
Order Cancellation Policy:
All orders are automatically
uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs
fees.

If you cancel
your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will
be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit
is issued.

refused at delivery will be assessed all of the
applicable fees listed above - including the return
fee, our incurred shipping fees and s 20 % restocking
fee.
Fraudulent Chargeback Policy:
- If you place a
chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose
or by mistake) for an order that you placed and
received, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged
to your account upon reversal of the chargeback
by our merchant provider to cover our investigative
expenses to prove that you did make the purchase
and that you did receive it . NO EXCEPTIONS!
- If you do not remember making the purchase - call
the number on your statement next to the charge
BEFORE calling your bank!
