INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE TERMS

• Minimum purchase orders - $250.00 or more
• All items MUST be purchased in lots divisible by 6.
• Actual shipping fees apply to ALL orders plus any handling fees.
• Advertising materials are available for most products at no charge.
• Available samples are distributed comensurate with purchases.
• Quantity / graduated pricing is available on most products.
• Initial wholesale packages are sent to the business address only.
• Package includes: Available advertising materials including literature and samples.
• All sales are final - No refunds - No returns

PRICING:
Pricing is determined by the quantity purchased. If you are interested in Products for international export, please send an email to us requesting prices for the products in the amounts you wish to purchase.

DELIVERY:

• Normal delivery to is 5-28 days from date of receipt.
• Final delivery will be affected by the time required to clear your Country's Customs Service.   Customs forms for all international shipments will include the value of your order's contents by product.
• Your country may apply a customs surcharge / tax on imported products. All tariffs, taxes, additional shipping charges, custom fees or any other additional charges incurred during transfer are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you refuse the to pay the duties and taxes, the package will be destroyed by customs - NO refund will be issued!
• It is the purchaser's responsibility to know their country's import laws. We are not responisble for purchaser's country's customs dept or their actions therefore we will not issue refunds for orders refused or confiscated at or by purchaser's customs dept. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO EXCEPTIONS.

FREIGHT CHARGES:
Actual shipping fees apply to all orders plus a $5.00 processing fee due to the additional paperwork involved for customs purposes. All International wholesale orders are shipped (after funds have cleared) via UPS international expedited unless another carrier with purchaser's account number is specified - NO EXCEPTIONS.

PAYMENT:
Payment is due upon placement of order plus all shipping fees. Payments are accepted by credit card, bank wire or International Cashiers Check (Bank Issued) in US$ funds ONLY. Orders by bank wire are initiated upon confirmation of receipt - orders by cashiers check are held until receipt of funds is confirmed by the issuing bank. Credit card orders are shipped after verification of the issuing bank.

Again: All tariffs, taxes, additional shipping charges, custom fees or any other additional charges incurred during transfer are the responsibility of the purchaser.
